When you reach out to us regarding a potential project, we’ll respond within one business day, usually on the same day.

1. We’ll invite you to fill out a short intake form.

2. We’ll then invite you to a short discovery call to gain a better understanding of your project. This call is obligation free.

3. After the discovery call, and if we are a good fit, you’ll receive a proposal from us that includes project scope, fees and payment terms, as well as time needed for delivery.

4. We’ll clarify any questions you may have, and you’ll confirm the proposal in writing. You’ll also pay upfront fees when relevant.

*This is a general workflow. We’re happy to sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.

*Optional: If it is a long-term collaboration, we two businesses may sign a contract as the first step of working together.

*We charge professional fees on a per word, per hour, per slide, or per project basis, depending on the value we provide, type of service, subject area, and urgency.
